Internet Browsers Supported

• Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and higher.
  Note:  The online learning system does not allow active scripting. Because Firefox uses active scripting, certain functionality may be unavailable; including user set-up and reporting capabilities.
• AOL Explorer 6.0 and higher.

Internet Connection
For optimal viewing, high speed connection or better.

Security Setting
Browser security settings must be set to the "default setting" to ensure the application runs smoothly. If the security settings are not set to the "default," go to the browser security settings and enable the option for "active scripting" or "scripting of java applets."

Screen Resolution
For optimal viewing, screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768 pixels.

Plug-ins
Users must have the following plug-ins installed:

• Macromedia Flash Player 8.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Microsoft Media Player.
• Java.
• Crystal Report Viewer (for viewing completion certificates).
• Word Processor that handles Rich Text Forms.

Pop-up Blockers

If using pop-up blocking software, temporarily or permanently allow pop-ups from this site.
